Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Pomerantz previously managed an energy and infrastructure fund at Surveyor Capital, a subsidiary of Citadel LLC. Before joining Citadel, she founded and managed the Global Natural Resources strategy for JP Morgan-Highbridge. She previously worked as an investment banker for Bank of America. Ms. Pomerantz received a B.A. from the University of Chicago where she authored her thesis on the economics of oil pricing.
Executive Vice President Head of Finance & Human Resources
Mr. Whitfield previously worked at Perry Capital, where he held a number of senior roles including Portfolio Manager - Power & Gas, and Co-Head of Credit. Before joining Perry, he was an associate at the Blackstone Group LP in Mergers & Acquisitions. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a dual degree from the Wharton School and the College of Arts and Sciences.
Executive Vice President Head of Project Development & Marketing
Ms. Feinstein previously worked at Diamondback Capital where she managed an energy, power and infrastructure portfolio with a focus on regulated industries and structures. Prior to Diamondback, she worked as a portfolio manager and analyst at DB Zwirn, Millennium Partners and Angelo Gordon. She received a B.S. degree from Rutgers College and holds a CFA.

Mr. Bromley previously worked for Mylan, where he was responsible for operational finance systems and processes across a global manufacturing platform. Prior to Mylan, he spent 10+ years in corporate finance including controller, accounting, business development and mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Bromley became a CPA in 1997 and earned a BS Accounting from Penn State University.

Mr. Flowers previously worked at Brigham Exploration where, as an in-house land-man, he contributed to the company's early management and growth. Prior to Brigham, Mr. Flowers worked in asset management and information technology at Marathon Oil, Devon Energy and Chesapeake Energy. He earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School and holds a BBA from the Unive
Senior Vice President General Counsel
Ilene Rieser previously practiced transactional law with a specialty in real estate at Kaye Scholer LLP. She has significant experience representing institutional lenders in various projects, including the financing of first mortgage debt as well as mezzanine loans. She earned her J.D. in 2004 from Northwestern University School of Law and graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001 with a B.A. in American History.
