Position Overview

Our Class B Drivers carry hazmat and tanker certifications and deliver fuel products to our customers in Triaxles and Tank Wagons. Customers include commercial customers with on-site fuel storage.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Safely drive loaded and empty tanker trucks of various sizes, makes/models, and configurations (automatic and standard transmissions)
  • Properly and safely load and unload fuel, operate pumps, valves, and hoses
  • Follow Company & Customers’ safety procedures
  • Follow DOT regulations, perform pre-and post-trip inspections
  • Learn Company’s onboard dispatching/ticketing software and complete paperwork
  • Effectively communicate with dispatch and customers

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 year’s driving experience is required
  • Valid Class B CDL driver’s license with Hazmat & Tanker endorsement is required
  • Clean MVR for the last five years and MUST have hazmat & tanker endorsement
  • Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen & background check
  • Must be able to balance multiple responsibilities
  • Able to safely climb ladders and walk on top of truck tanks, stand and/or sit for
  • prolonged periods, and be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Willing to work in all weather conditions
