Our Service Station Manager will supervise all areas of service station operation including overseeing employee scheduling, performance, inventory, customer service, and day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Oversees and when necessary may perform customer service functions including pumping gasoline and cashier function.
Reconciles operating accounts and records including reconciling sales with cash and receipts along with daily deposits.
Monitors inventory, and orders supplies for the station.
Deals with all customer complaints.
Communicating with the main office
Schedules and arranges necessary maintenance for the service station.
Ensures that the service station is neat, clean, and safe.
Performs other related duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Hires and trains employees.
Oversees the day-to-day workflow and assignments of service staff.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Communicating with direct supervisor daily about employees and the operation of the station.
